All quotations are provided based on the item list and floor details shared by the customer. Any substantial increase in items, change of delivery floor (without elevator), or detour during transit may incur adjusted charges as agreed in writing.
ST Packers & Movers utilizes industry standard multi-layer protective packaging. Our crew inspects items before packing. High-value antiques, custom electronics, and delicate glassware should be explicitly brought to the notice of the supervisor.
Customers must not pack flammable liquids, gas cylinders, illegal chemicals, weapons, or cash/jewelry into cargo boxes. ST Packers & Movers accepts no liability for undisclosed prohibited items.
Transit insurance is issued in accordance with standard insurance policies. In the rare event of transit damage, written notification and photographic evidence must be reported within 24 hours of unloading.
Any disputes arising out of contracts with ST Packers & Movers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
